The room is located on the ground floor (northside) facing the street.
The price is €490 + €20 communal costs for insurance/maintenance/cleaning of the kitchen and hallways.
The kitchen/living room and the garden are free to use by all students.
There's a servitude path leading to the back of the house wich makes it accesible by bike. There is a bicycle stall in the garden to store away a bike and trough the garden is a separate entrance towards the student rooms.
